The angular displacement of the rotary compensator mainly depends on the spherical absorption or compensation of the transverse displacement of the pipeline. In the requirement of compensation capacity, one or more directions of compensation can be used for the general joint of the pipeline. There are many kinds of layout forms, which are more flexible to use. But usually, two layout forms are mainly used in the design: one is to arrange two complements on the horizontal or vertical Z-shaped pipeline. 1. Two Z-shaped pipes are arranged. If the laying road of heating pipes is a straight line with flat terrain and no obstacles, the product should be centralized on Z-shaped bending pipes similar to square compensators. It has three forms: centralized layout of horizontal side of trench laying; centralized layout of low overhead support laying up; centralized layout of high overhead support laying down.
2. Three horizontal L-shaped pipelines are arranged on the horizontal L-shaped pipeline. When the laying road of the heating pipeline needs to turn, three horizontal L-shaped pipelines can be laid, one long pipeline section and two short pipelines can be laid, which can absorb the thermal expansion of the heating pipeline. This kind of arrangement can be laid either in underground trench or in overhead pipeline.
