3. Sleeve compensator: can also withstand higher pressure and temperature, large compensation, easy installation.

Disadvantage: easy to leak, frequent maintenance, high thrust.

It can not be used in situations requiring high purity of fluids.

4. Bellows compensator: There are many kinds, which can be divided into axial type (internal pressure and external pressure or thrust or no thrust or overhead buried type). They are angular (plane and compound) and transverse (plane and compound).

Wide application, no leakage, good reliability, but the operating temperature and pressure are limited, temperature, 400 degrees, pressure does not exceed 4.0 MPa.

Angular type can satisfy large displacement and generate small thrust through combination (2 to 3). It has bright application prospects.

5. Rotary compensator: A new product recently introduced, through two combinations and pipeline turning to achieve thermal compensation.

The compensation is large, the thrust is small, the maximum temperature can reach 485 degrees, and the pressure can reach 5.0 MPa.

Manufacturing technology is becoming more and more mature, and it is not easy to leak.

However, there are changes in the pipeline in different planes. For the pipeline with condensate medium, more drainage and exhaust valves need to be installed.

6. Spherical compensator: to achieve angular displacement, and bellows angular compensator, combined use, small fluid resistance, large compensation, no thrust.

It is easy to leak and direction finding displacement, and has a large amount of maintenance.
