Rectangular metal corrugated expansion joints are mainly used for large cross-section gas or dust gas pipelines and fan outlets in power plants, metallurgy, cement and petrochemical equipment systems. They are mainly used to absorb displacement and/or shock absorption caused by temperature and load. Its angle is not structured in round angle, oblique angle, camera angle, waveform is CE wave, U wave, V wave, UV wave, pressure is vacuum ~ 0.1 MPa, temperature is 40 ~ 400 C, cross-section size is arbitrary, stainless steel can also be used for materials, such as Cotton steel, carbon steel, etc.
Our company has a special production line for producing rectangular fillet metal expansion joints. The products are designed and manufactured according to CE standard of American Combustion Company and EMA standard of American Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association, combined with the special conditions of power plants in China. There will be no cracking at the corner of the right-angled expansion joint. Reducing stiffness will reduce the thrust of expansion joints on equipment or fixed points; long fatigue life will increase service life and reduce the comprehensive investment of pipelines.
The single rectangular corrugated expansion joint is used to absorb the axial displacement or to reduce the vibration, while the compound rectangular corrugated expansion joint is used to absorb the displacement in three directions.
1. Rectangular fillet metal corrugated expansion joints are usually welded in the form of 20 mm pipe insertion into the expansion joints. The flanged connection of 12 # or 10 # channel steel is angle steel flange. Bellows generally use 304 stainless steel, and structural parts generally use Q235A.
2. Bellows generally use 1-2 waves, which can be formed at one time. If multi-waves are needed, 1-2 waves are usually combined through connecting plates (4 waves can be formed at one time when wave height is 108 mm).
