spherical compensator for thermal expansion

Fabric compensator has changed the traditional way of solving thermal expansion in flue gas pipeline. It is generally used in combination with smaller installation size but larger compensation. It is mainly used to replace metal corrugated compensator in large pipeline system to reduce the cost and weight, and make it fast and easy to replace.

III. Installation instructions

1. Before installation, the specifications, models and pipe bracket configuration should be checked to meet the design requirements.

2. Only one fabric compensator can be installed between the two fixing brackets of the pipe segment.

3. One end of the compensator should be close to the fixing bracket. If it is too long, the guiding bracket should be set according to the setting requirements of the first guiding bracket.

4. When the compensator is placed vertically in the open air, the diversion pipe opens downward to prevent the rainwater from entering the compensator and causing the insulation rock wool to fail. During installation, attention should be paid to the direction of the diversion tube in accordance with the direction of the medium flow. (Install as indicated by the arrow of the medium flow direction on the compensator)

5. The skin of fabric compensator is made of non-metallic materials. During transportation, hoisting and welding, attention should be paid not to damage the surface of compensator due to knocking, scratching and welding spatter.

6. The compensator has been pre-stretched (pre-compressed and pre-biased) according to the user's requirements before leaving the factory. In order to keep the compensator in good working condition after installation, the installation error of the pipeline can not be adjusted by the deformation of the compensator (stretching, compression, torsion, etc.) during installation, so as to avoid affecting the normal function of the compensator, reduce its service life and increase the load of the pipeline system, equipment and supporting structure.
