Rectangular metal corrugated expansion joints of spherical compensators are mainly used for gas or dust gas pipelines and fan outlets in large cross-section of power plants, metallurgical, cement and petrochemical equipment systems. Our company has a special production line for producing rectangular fillet metal expansion joints. The products are designed and manufactured according to CE standard of American Combustion Company and EMA standard of American Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association, combined with the special conditions of power plants in China. The single rectangular corrugated expansion joint is used to absorb the axial displacement or to reduce the vibration, while the compound rectangular corrugated expansion joint is used to absorb the displacement in three directions.

1. Rectangular fillet metal corrugated expansion joints are usually welded in the form of 20 mm pipe insertion into the expansion joints. The flanged connection of 12 # or 10 # channel steel is angle steel flange. Bellows generally use 304 stainless steel, and structural parts generally use Q235A.

2. Bellows generally use 1-2 waves, which can be formed at one time. If multi-waves are needed, 1-2 waves are usually combined through connecting plates (4 waves can be formed at one time when wave height is 108 mm).
