Rotary compensator

The transverse expansion joint with large tie rod is composed of two bellows, an intermediate nozzle and a large drawbar, which can absorb the transverse displacement in any plane of the pipe system. The spherical nut on the large tie rod rotates around the spherical washer when displacement occurs. At the same time, the large tie rod can withstand the internal pressure thrust generated by the internal pressure of the pipeline medium.

III. Notices for Installation and Use

1. Before installation, the appearance of expansion joints should be carefully checked and confirmed.

2. Strict removal of foreign bodies between ripples to prevent any form of mechanical damage

3. When hoisting, it is strictly forbidden to use hangers on corrugated parts or tie rods.

4. Only one lateral expansion joint can be installed between the two fixing supports.

5. It should be installed at the turning point of the pipeline, such as type, Z type and type pipelines.

6. Can be installed vertically or horizontally. It should be noted that when the nominal diameter of expansion joint is large in horizontal installation, support brackets should be installed under the middle nozzle to prevent the middle nozzle from torsion due to the influence of the internal medium weight and its own weight and transfer the torque to the bellows, resulting in expansion joint damage.

7. When the displacement requirement of expansion joint is large or the system pressure is high, the expansion joint can be "cold-tightened", which is half of the actual lateral displacement, i.e. the direction of 1/2Y. cold-tightening is opposite to the direction of lateral displacement.

8. Transportation fixtures such as small tie rods on expansion joints (yellow part on expansion joints) are used for installation and transportation of "cold-tight" parts, and can not be used as load-bearing parts. After the installation of pipelines, products must be removed before they can be put into operation.
