II. Product Structure Characteristics
The double small tug expansion joint consists of two bellows, an intermediate nozzle and a small tie rod with a limit nut. It can absorb not only the transverse displacement from the pipeline, but also the axial displacement of the pipeline and their composite displacement. It should be noted that its small tug and limit nuts are not load-bearing components and can not withstand the internal pressure thrust generated by the internal pressure of the medium. Usually used in L-type and Z-type piping systems.
III. Notices for Installation and Use
1. If the user does not need a small tie rod in practical application, it should be specified in the order contract or technical agreement.
2. If the user needs a small tie rod in practical application, after the expansion joint is installed, the inner limit nut should be loosened and adjusted to the appropriate distance from the support plate. The specific value is calculated and determined according to the axial displacement of the swelling joint.
